Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), preferred date and your message. We use it only to reply to you. It is sent to our inbox via Resend, an email delivery service.
• Bookings: handled by Appointy on their platform under their privacy policy. We receive the booking details you enter there.
• Usage analytics: we use PostHog to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. Before you accept cookies, this runs without storing identifiers on your device. If you accept, a cookie remembers you between visits and we may record anonymised session replays with form inputs masked.
• Advertising: if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag load so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who visited this site on Instagram, Facebook and Google. When you send the contact form we may also share a hashed (unreadable) version of your email with Meta to measure ad results.

Your choices

Decline cookies in the banner to keep advertising tags off and analytics cookieless. You can clear your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can also opt out of interest-based ads at Meta Ad Preferences and Google Ads Settings.

Retention and requests

Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records. Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We don't sell personal information.
